i'm not particularly proud of my alma mater at the moment.

imagine firing someone because of his gender preference - turning a blind eye to the fact that he was doing good things for the school.

sure, the bible says that there is no third sex. but this is the real world, they are people too and they deserve respect. how are we supposed to have a peaceful world if even a whole institution can't practice tolerance?

i hate, hate, hate not getting along with my stomach. :p according to the doctor, i may have gastritis so i'm under medication and observation. there is a list of food that i must avoid. :p right now, my stomach actually feels ok (not painful like yesterday) but i feel like throwing up everything i ate at lunch. :p aarrggghhh.. i don't understand this!!! :p lunch must have been a mistake, gotta make a good dinner choice then. :p

i want to get well na.

i think i'm slowly detaching myself, only going through the motions, only doing things that i'm meant to be doing on automatic. the more the days pass on by, the more i just want to go on holiday and then jump into something new. haay.

but truly tho, i'm gonna miss this place. :(

last weekend was a blast! hanging out with his family made me wish we'd get a chance to hang out with mine naman. it's almost june - we'll get that chance. :) hehe

Arguing from the point of equality and other things

Yesterday, my sister texted that she was about to get that Canon SLR camera that I wanted. Well, my dad did tell me that both of us told him on separate occasions about the camera so... since she's there, she got hers. Now, being that lil child that I can be, I actually texted my parents asking why she's getting one and i'm not?! ahahah, laugh, i know it's worthy of laughter. In fact, Reg teased me about arguing from the point of equality. I said, we're ALWAYS arguing from the point of equality anyway. hehe :D So my sister and I were texting, as I was asking her which cameras were available in the store that they were in and lo and behold, they sell Leicas!! Wohoo! :) I may actually get my Leica after all. So now i'm torn.
