Yet another December

Wow. That was really quick. I can still remember thinking that December 2007 was still a long way off and yet here it is.

Seven months to go today. I can also still remember saying and thinking that July 2008 was still a year and a half away.

Where'd this year go? It's amazing, really. How fast it went. Sometimes we take a look at what's happened and think it happened last year and not during the first half of the year. That's how the first half of the year feels - a blur and very far away.

Tsk tsk.

But it's exciting too. I love December. I love the craziness of Christmas, of christmas shopping, of juggling christmas party schedules. If only work didn't have to get in the way, but it does. :p But since it's christmas, you tend to be a little easier on things. But also more featherbrained. In the cold windy weather at night (and sometimes during the day), how can you concentrate on work? :p sigh.

Anyway.

December.

Here come the christmas carols every hour! :D

haha yeah i saw from the facebook updates. :D they're coming here too, march 9. where will the concert be? if it's at a small venue, she might let you go. if not, come home here and we'll watch here. hahahahaha!

Arguing from the point of equality and other things

Yesterday, my sister texted that she was about to get that Canon SLR camera that I wanted. Well, my dad did tell me that both of us told him on separate occasions about the camera so... since she's there, she got hers. Now, being that lil child that I can be, I actually texted my parents asking why she's getting one and i'm not?! ahahah, laugh, i know it's worthy of laughter. In fact, Reg teased me about arguing from the point of equality. I said, we're ALWAYS arguing from the point of equality anyway. hehe :D So my sister and I were texting, as I was asking her which cameras were available in the store that they were in and lo and behold, they sell Leicas!! Wohoo! :) I may actually get my Leica after all. So now i'm torn.
