revisiting my love for TV

the past two weeks has had me running home early enough to sit in front of the tv.

anyone who knows me well enough will know that this is extremely unusual.

the fact that i'm home early enough to sit and watch tv is a little unusual.

and the fact that i don't turn on my pc and instead sit in front of the tv is damn unusual.

in short, i've watched more TV in the past two weeks than i have had in the past two months.

it's been fun.. i wonder how long it will last. :D

extra challenge is fun to watch. there's some weird sense of fascination watching other people whine their way through the whole thing. ehehehe. last night, they were at some water park, trying this "surfing" thing... it looked fun.

now my sisters want to go to Dubai! hehe.

all i remember from Dubai is the theme park we went to, the cool hotel and the desert. that's about it.

hmm.. maybe we should go and visit Abu Dhabi and Dubai again, just for the hell of it. hehe. but it's damn expensive there.

and still on the topic of TV: am going back to the land of re-runs (aka the States during summer) in about 10 days.

PBS, MTV and theWB, here we come! ahaha!

that is, if we even get enough time in between to actually sit down and watch. :p

Arguing from the point of equality and other things

Yesterday, my sister texted that she was about to get that Canon SLR camera that I wanted. Well, my dad did tell me that both of us told him on separate occasions about the camera so... since she's there, she got hers. Now, being that lil child that I can be, I actually texted my parents asking why she's getting one and i'm not?! ahahah, laugh, i know it's worthy of laughter. In fact, Reg teased me about arguing from the point of equality. I said, we're ALWAYS arguing from the point of equality anyway. hehe :D So my sister and I were texting, as I was asking her which cameras were available in the store that they were in and lo and behold, they sell Leicas!! Wohoo! :) I may actually get my Leica after all. So now i'm torn.
