my friends in BIS and i used to have this diary that we passed around to each other everyday (well, at least we tried to pass it on to a different person each day). it doesn't really have much thought-provoking, life-altering entries.. just a bunch of girls gossiping and talking bout the latest men in their lives (whether in reality, in their dreams or on the big screen). it was fun.. it was great. it helped us keep in touch with each other (as if we weren't together at school enough) and well, it was a release i guess. especially when you're mad and ready to kill. it allowed for those artistic ones to draw and watever as well.

everyone in school knew we had one... but it was something they sort of left alone. after all, it was extremely well-guarded. if you hadn't written in it, better leave it at home.

well, anyway, i'm talking bout this because a bunch of us are back together again... with a new diary of sorts... electronically. we're scattered all over, hardly see each other or even talk to each other.. but we're all here together now, in this electronic diary known as mayhem

i love the idea. what better way to keep in touch with each other? and since blogging is addictive, i'm sure the ones who aren't that familiar with blogging will be posting up soon (case in point: JON! he's been pretty good at posting!)

i love it. i love it. i love it. i juz realized that i've known these people more or less 10 years. and they've all influenced my life in some way. it's great to come together like this.

now all we need is an actual reunion!!! :)

i had a really cool weekend.. my baby was here both days because he couldn't bear to leave me. hehehe!! i know it's his way of trying to be with me as much as he could since i'm about to leave the states for a month. awww.. but it was fun. hanging out with him is fun!! :D love you baby! *mwah*

Arguing from the point of equality and other things

Yesterday, my sister texted that she was about to get that Canon SLR camera that I wanted. Well, my dad did tell me that both of us told him on separate occasions about the camera so... since she's there, she got hers. Now, being that lil child that I can be, I actually texted my parents asking why she's getting one and i'm not?! ahahah, laugh, i know it's worthy of laughter. In fact, Reg teased me about arguing from the point of equality. I said, we're ALWAYS arguing from the point of equality anyway. hehe :D So my sister and I were texting, as I was asking her which cameras were available in the store that they were in and lo and behold, they sell Leicas!! Wohoo! :) I may actually get my Leica after all. So now i'm torn.
