thanksgiving day

well, pinoys don't celebrate thanksgiving day, but it's still a good day to think of the things one is thankful for. :)

i'm thankful for:
1) this whole year - the bad, the good and the great
2) my family
3) my friends - all sets of them. they are the greatest.
4) that the two people in my life who tried to disappear from the life for good (:p) last year are alive and well today - because 1 is my best friend and life would be empty without her; the other used to be a part of my life, and i didn't want to carry that on my conscience. :p
5) my job - eventho i complain sometimes
6) opportunities - that always come my way, whenever i least expect them
7) the fort - don't ask why
8) the trips
9) the photos - because they have such good memories behind them
10) the plans - don't ask either
11) RAPRAP

Arguing from the point of equality and other things

Yesterday, my sister texted that she was about to get that Canon SLR camera that I wanted. Well, my dad did tell me that both of us told him on separate occasions about the camera so... since she's there, she got hers. Now, being that lil child that I can be, I actually texted my parents asking why she's getting one and i'm not?! ahahah, laugh, i know it's worthy of laughter. In fact, Reg teased me about arguing from the point of equality. I said, we're ALWAYS arguing from the point of equality anyway. hehe :D So my sister and I were texting, as I was asking her which cameras were available in the store that they were in and lo and behold, they sell Leicas!! Wohoo! :) I may actually get my Leica after all. So now i'm torn.
