happy where i am
last saturday night, while we were sitting at seattle's in eastwood, caloy made a very valid point:
that out of the five that were currently sitting there, four are very happy where they are.
and i guess we are, really. we like what we do, we like the way our lives are going, we love who we're with and we all had the luxury of either knowing exactly what they wanted from the start and were able to overcome parental pressure or like me, was (is) given free rein when it came to decisions concerning my life.
without knowing it, we've actually been given pretty good lives.
i'm thankful. :)

so the reason why we were sitting in seattles eastwood until wee hours of the morning was a break up.
i felt really bad for him, but on the other hand, i was also a little happy for him. we've always described their relationship as "tough love" - i think i heard them fighting (or heard about them fighting) more than anything else. it was a relationship bound in jealousy, mistrust and well, sakal. :p
but he's sad though, and we all know hard it is. so while we sat there, giving our opinions, being rightfully angry at the lack of logical flow in her explanation, i also hoped that he feels better soon.
sigh.
it was funny though, we went from talking about the break to talking about what one would like to do with his life.
hence, caloy's point above. :)

friday night, i got my wish! haha!
found myself amidst beer and smoke that made me realize that even after all these months, nothing much beats the Gasso balcony. :)

rinna's in publicis! it's noteworthy because... wala lang. it's my fault that she's here. i hope everything goes great for her. she's pretty much doing what i was doing on my first day. reading and getting sleepy. :)
