barkada had the usual weekend get-together today.

but surprise, surprise... it's 2:20am and i am at home writing an entry to my blog! =)

no no.. it's not that i didn't go.. we juz ended early for once. it was a slow and quiet night tonight... guess it had the makings of an early evening. there are just some days when it's like that.

so i was actually home at around 1:45... which is really early! haha!

and.. that was good too.. because my baby actually asked me to be home by 1:30 today. of course, freakish streak in my rebellious nature - i got pissed right off that i was asked to. first reaction was, "what the hell for?!" but i talked to him... and it was really just sort of a request from him, just for today. he said it was all up to me, but that i was just to try. so i said i would. and that if i wasn't home by 1:30, i'd at least be home a lot earlier than usual. so it's all good that we left early today. and besides, i really was gonna try to leave by then. =)

so everything worked out well anyway! =) i got to see my friends and i got to leave early too! hehe...

Arguing from the point of equality and other things

Yesterday, my sister texted that she was about to get that Canon SLR camera that I wanted. Well, my dad did tell me that both of us told him on separate occasions about the camera so... since she's there, she got hers. Now, being that lil child that I can be, I actually texted my parents asking why she's getting one and i'm not?! ahahah, laugh, i know it's worthy of laughter. In fact, Reg teased me about arguing from the point of equality. I said, we're ALWAYS arguing from the point of equality anyway. hehe :D So my sister and I were texting, as I was asking her which cameras were available in the store that they were in and lo and behold, they sell Leicas!! Wohoo! :) I may actually get my Leica after all. So now i'm torn.
