Return of the Bangs

I haven't had a fringe (bangs) in absolute ages! :) Last night though, as I was getting my second test make up for the wedding done by Gela Laurel, her hairdresser suggested that I get some so I can achieve that non-severe effect of having hair up and away from my face - I said kasi that I wanted something fun and flirty. However, my hair needed to be up still because of my veil. Boo. Anyway, I can live. haha. What they did last night was pretty good and it was very soft, like I wanted. Not manang-ish at all! hehe. ANYWAY, I'm digressing. I initially thought he'd just simulate bangs on my forehead, but he was like, I'll cut it na ha? And since I'm such a sucker for haircuts, I said, sure! :D

And so, that's how I ended up with bangs. :)

So how are they?

I'm still not used to them, I feel like i have to keep brushing hair off my face when really, they're just fine where they are. I have been complimented all day though, which is pretty cool! :) It's very much something new, and it's the change I've been whining about wanting to have but was hesitating cos of the wedding. Oh, speaking of the wedding, I should just let these grow and they'll be in good enough length to play with by that time. :)

ANYWAY. Digressing again.

So yes, this was a totally spur of the moment thing, and I really thought it was going to turn out to be one of my spur of the moment haircuts that I'd regret, but they're growing on me just fine. :) I look different, says everyone.

Which is definitely fine by me. :)
