Ever since i started working for Citibank:

1. I am no longer known as Kaye C... I am known as "this is Kaye from Citibank"... :P
-- it's almost automatic to say this particular phrase, even if it it unnecessary.

2. I have the stupid urge to dial 8 first before the actual phone number
-- cannot count how many times i've done this at home. we dial 8 for the outside line kasi in the office.

3. more about phones... i'm constantly looking for the "drop" button after i've ended a call or after hearing a busy tone
-- can't count how many times i've done this at home too. :P i end up pressing "dial" here at home. PATHETIC!

4. I have learnt to say things like, "for sign off please" or "for regularization please" or "it's routing" or "please process for payment".. oh and, "color sep!"
--- grrr.... i hate those words. especially the "it's routing" because it means some supplier is making kulit and "please process for payment" because i get nervous... they have the stupid tendency to lose things in Citibank.

5. I have learnt that deadlines are relative.
-- You set a deadline, you push it back by your own lack of initiative... and then you expect us who are helping you to meet it still... bwisit, kung rush.. i-respect naman sana yung deadline diba?
bad bad bad....

6. I have learnt how much i hate red tape.
-- all the sign offs, all the processes... i think some parts are unnecessary. esp for payments... not everyone should sign na lang so they get processed on time! most of the signatories don't bother looking at what they are signing anyway.

5. worst of all, i have learnt that we are the client and they are the agency and that they should follow us. i say worst because i think it is a lack of respect for the agency. they may be there to service us but it's not an excuse for us to treat them like shit (ie. make them wait for hours when they have the consideration to show up on time)

hint hint.. glads, anna & guia would know who i'm talking about

the other bits i can take.. the lack of respect for other ppl i can't. i'm a good girl that way... and plus, respect is always expected from you if you want to be treated with it.

gotta go and continue studying for accounting now...

haaay...

tomorrow should be good! =)
