so.. i'm supposed to be studying for a midterm right now but i'm obviously not since i'm online!! i'm getting really really worried... i guess that's the problem when the subject you're supposed to study for is hella boring. you juz can't bring yourself to look at your notes! oh well.. but i'm getting down to it later, i promise. guess this means i'll have minimum sleep again! it's all good.. all for the sake of a good grade. i really don't mind!

my baby and i went to the Basketball Association of the Philippines, BAP, earlier this afternoon. he sent in some of the 'pinas bball jersey designs that he did... yeah, he designs jerseys for fun on his computer. it's actually pretty cool how he has the patience and the imagination to do so. i mean, all he has to do is get inspired by some other jersey and his mind starts working on one for the country's team, or his alma mater's team or his favorite bball team.. yes... he is a bball freak!! so anyways, back to BAP... they called him up earlier saying that they liked his designs. and... they may actually use them for the phil team! pretty cool huh? he's not getting paid for it or anything because, as they said, it's like his contribution to the country or whatever. and he didn't ask for any compensation either. according to him, he juz wants to his jerseys worn. well.. me.. his marketing girlfriend.. is thinking bout how we could've made money out of it!! haha! oh well.. whatever makes him happy.

and besides, i'm really really proud of him... since he has the guts to send in his designs and hope that they could be used. well.. i guess it's a perfect example of "you'll never know until you try!" =)

ey hun... you rock! was really proud of you today... =)

gotta jet... gonna watch tv! and study.. promise promise that i will!!

Arguing from the point of equality and other things

Yesterday, my sister texted that she was about to get that Canon SLR camera that I wanted. Well, my dad did tell me that both of us told him on separate occasions about the camera so... since she's there, she got hers. Now, being that lil child that I can be, I actually texted my parents asking why she's getting one and i'm not?! ahahah, laugh, i know it's worthy of laughter. In fact, Reg teased me about arguing from the point of equality. I said, we're ALWAYS arguing from the point of equality anyway. hehe :D So my sister and I were texting, as I was asking her which cameras were available in the store that they were in and lo and behold, they sell Leicas!! Wohoo! :) I may actually get my Leica after all. So now i'm torn.
